Picnic en Provence delivers plant-based cooking courses at your home or AirB&B in the Luberon. Anywhere that has a kitchen, I can teach you how to cook sumptuous Provençal plant-based cuisine. I create and teach plant-based workshops rooted in a passion for local food, culture, and the people living in this beautiful part of the world: Luberon in the Provence. Picnic en Provence workshops are suited for anybody: from to those wanting to get a first experience with plant-based cuisine and those living plant-based in their daily lives and wanting to dive into the Provençal food & culture.

We teach primarily in English. 

French, German, and Dutch are spoken.


The workshops are in principle taught at your place. Keep an eye out for our special sessions, that take place at our place, right at the village square in Vaugines. For bespoke workshops such as e.g. gluten free please contact us to discuss possibilities.

The art of the apéro

All about the history and plant-based practice of this lovely tradition (and yes, we do know some fabulous mocktails as well as wonderful local wines).

A full day workshop to create and enjoy the quintessential French long lunch. (shopping at local suppliers included).

Embark on a journey into the world of pickles, preserves and ferments that you can make at your home to get that tase of Provence every day (recipe booklet included).
